Hi! I’m Kara! I’m here to help you start your journey of self care through art. Most people need a kick start to self care, including myself! The daily grind can leave you feeling like you don’t have enough time for you! I’m here to help you express yourself through art, and build a foundation in your self care routine. Art can be very therapeutic, and we’ve been creating since we were young! (Don’t forget about your Arts & Crafts!) I’ll help you use art exercises to help you relieve stress, express yourself, and have fun!

Start your self care with therapeutic art! Therapeutic art is non-clinical art exercises that help you express your emotions, relieve stress, and improve your mindfulness. Life comes with many responsibilities. Working 9-5, meeting deadlines, taking care of family or health issues, can lead to stressful situations and can make you forget to set aside time for you. It’s time to change that and bring out your creative side.
